No letter-grade DragonSword Awakening tier list is published here yet. The available community descriptions are useful for identifying roles, but they are not enough to rank power across a stable, comparable build.

What a reliable ranking needs

Each character must be tested at comparable progression, equipment, skill investment, team support, and encounter type. A single damage clip or closed-test impression is not enough.

  • Documented kit and upgrade state
  • Repeatable single-target and multi-target tests
  • Survival, control, support, and execution difficulty
  • Team dependency and status follow-up value
  • Version number and balance changes

Role watchlist

Community sources currently describe frontline breakers, light channelers, lance users, sword leads, frost specialists, bleed attackers, and holy-magic roles. These labels organize future testing; they are not ranks.

Planned tier format

When evidence is sufficient, rankings will be split by task rather than forced into one universal list: progression, bosses, groups, control, and low-investment value.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the tier list not ranked yet?
A useful tier list needs a stable public build, documented character kits, comparable investment, and repeatable testing. Publishing letter grades before that evidence exists would be guesswork.
Where do the character names and roles come from?
The eight profiles shown here are paraphrased from community reference sites. They are labeled as community material and should not be treated as final official kit descriptions.
